📝 Return Policy

At Cuatrope Comunicación Gráfica, we want to make sure you receive quality products. Therefore, we follow the return policy below:  

​

- We only accept returns for defective products.  
- You must notify us within 30 (thirty) calendar days after receiving the product.  
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.  
- Return costs must be covered by the customer unless prior authorization is given.  - Cuatrope CG sends photos of the production process and design files before printing. We do not accept returns for a change of mind or for customized products.

📦 Important: The estimated delivery time may vary depending on the destination and the shipping carrier. Once the package is handed over to the shipping company, it is responsible for the delivery process. Cuatrope Comunicación Gráfica is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by the carrier.
